Over 15-years of experience in financial research, data analytics & business management. I worked as a Director at CRISIL, an S&P Global company wherein I’ve built & led high-performing teams delivering research & analytics from multiple centres globally (across India, China, Poland & Argentina) and have held overall BU responsibilities.Having spent a significant amount of time in financial data & research industry, my expertise includes data processing & data analytics, risk surveillance & research support, setting up strong internal control mechanisms & institutionalizing quality assurance protocols. Being responsible for BU P&L, I’ve led commercial responsibilities from managing budgets to identification & development of new business opportunities, RFPs/proposals, devising growth strategy & building relations with customers.I believe in having an action oriented mindset. Working with global organizations on cross-functional assignments has helped me develop competent stakeholder management skills & ability to steer execution.I thrive in a learning environment & enjoy conducting trainings as well. I strongly believe in engaging employees & helping them align their aspirations with business goals to achieve outcomes.I am very passionate about contributing to social causes. I’ve actively volunteered in areas of education, slums, environment and financial literacy for people with disability. I’ve co-authored CRISIL CSR Annual Yearbook (2017), analysing corporate trends for social impact.In 2017, I took a plunge from corporate career to establish a social enterprise. I co-founded a firm to promote & sell eco-friendly products esp. alternatives to single-use plastic.
