The company was formed with the recent merger of RIL’s Viacom18 and Disney Star, and holds a combined valuation of more than USD 8.5 Bn. JioStar operates over 100 television channels across iconic brands such as Star Plus, Colors, MTV, etc. Its streaming platform JioHotStar (formed by bringing together JioCinema and Disney+Hotstar), is set to redefine entertainment with an extensive and diverse content slate curated for 1.4 billion Indians across 10 languages.Member of the JV Integration Task Force, overseeing the smooth alignment of employee-related policies and practices across the combined workforce. Ensure business continuity for legacy organisations (Viacom18 & Disney Star) by managing dependencies across business functions, systems, and processes during the transition. Design harmonised employee benefits for both India-based and international teams. Develop a new compensation structure, including pay-mix analysis aligned to unified grades and levels. Provide strategic guidance to the HR Operations team on the implementation of the new HRIS, including configuration and process flow optimisation.
