Ever since I can remember, I have always had a passion for helping others. The quote,\"Treat people the way you want to be treated\" can be overlooked but to me it is everything. Throughout my life, I have observed many circumstances where I believed this quote should have applied but the outcome did not agree. This represented the steppingstone for my goals and beginning my HR career. Prioritizing both innovational strategies and non-biased components in the workplace were and still are my main goals to make an imprint within the Human Resources occupation.The Human Resource field advocates for both employees and entire organizations. HR implements the most effective strategies for an organization while ensuring employee well-being and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.My employment experience in multiple HR settings along with earning a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources provided me with a variety of HR and technical skills. I specialize in HRIS and LMS software. I have had the pleasure of experiencing the complexities of HR in both Education and Healthcare industries.
