I’m a recruiter with a passion for connecting people with opportunities that change their lives. My journey started in Bogotá, Colombia, where I earned my degree in Marketing and International Business from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Since then, I’ve built a career across marketing, administration, and recruitment — always with a focus on people.My career has taken me through diverse roles, all with a common focus on supporting people. I began at the Mexican Consulate in Seattle, ensuring vital services reached the community. I then moved into corporate operations with Manpower, validating travel expenses, and later into a people-focused role at H10 Capital, managing onboarding, benefits, and visa processes. In 2023, I transitioned into recruiting and quickly discovered how rewarding it is to help candidates take the next step in their careers.I believe in building genuine relationships, understanding each person’s unique goals, and creating a positive experience from the first conversation to the job offer.
