Helping countless PSA Graduates make the transition into PreSales Revamping the PSA Admissions process to best assess all prospective candidates Developing a new Learning Community model to help all residential first-years find their home Establishing a sequential residential curriculum to aid in student growth outside the classroom Creating an interview prep workshop for over 400 participants Through these experiences, I\'ve learned the importance of teamwork, communication skills, relationship building, collaboration, project management, and critical thinking. With an advanced degree in higher education administration and a passion for crafting data-driven curriculum, programs, and trainings, I\'m dedicated to using best practices to support learning.I\'m motivated by the opportunity to work with teams that challenge me to do better, celebrate highs, and support others in the lows.
