ABOUT NINA BALENSIEFEN
Certified PMP Project Manager with an engineering background with passion for innovative, hands-on projects that make our world a better place. After finishing my M.Sc. in Aeronautical Engineering at the RWTH Aachen I started at the consulting company P3 in the field of electric transportation, I then took over the role as Project Manager for the demonstrator project E-FanX at Airbus with the goal of developing an hybrid-electric propulsion system for aircrafts. In my next role as Product Delivery Team Lead at Deutsche Aircraft (former 328support services GmbH) I was responsible for the on-time, in-quality development and delivery of the avionics, electrical- and cabin-systems. As Program Manager at Personio I was supporting the mission of enabling better organizations by ensuring the overall integrity and coherence of ongoing programs.
