Hi there!Myself Ninaad BakshiI am 19 years old, and currently pursuing BA in Political Science at Christ University, Bangalore. I am a go-getter who believes that perfection can only be achieved through rigorous training involving self-discipline and determination. I am an ambitious and confident individual who thinks that one can improve one\'s self-esteem and self-concept by expanding one\'s knowledge base, either formally or informally, and getting out of one\'s comfort zone.I agree that teamwork and cohesion enhance human efficiency and productivity. UNICEF’s Adolescent Mental Health Hub is a global network and forum to equip policymakers, practitioners, caregivers and youth with knowledge, tools, and networks to drive change for adolescent mental health. The hub focuses on preventive and promotive mental health that include a variety of measures like social support systems, building resilience, and manufacturing thriving environments for the adolescents.I have joined the cohort of Policy and programme managers to help in formulating policies, programs, and services for systemic action. My work would revolve around evidence-based resources like policy briefs, case studies, and research.
