With my background in psychology, I am passionate about understanding and utilising different perspectives and preferences to create value in complex organisations. As an experienced consultant in learning design, I am familiar with designing and developing complex blended training programmes. I am adept at taking technical subjects, such as AI, and making them understandable and part of a learning intervention through research, analysis, and liaising with SMEs.I have expertise in tools like Synthesia and Articulate 360 to develop blended and online learning solutions that are both engaging and effective. Using my behavioural expertise and experience in rolling out training and workshops, I confidently ensure that entire training programmes are ready to be handed over via robust and comprehensive programme structures and stakeholder communications with clear instructions, motivations, and purpose.My track record in engaging with and managing complex stakeholder scenarios allows me to establish clear communication channels and build consensus among stakeholders with varying interests. I ensure that all concerns are thoroughly addressed, and my commitment to transparency and active listening has consistently resulted in increased stakeholder satisfaction and stronger project engagement.I have extensive experience in using my learning project management skills to ensure high-quality service delivery, streamline workflows, and mitigate risks.
