ABOUT NINA SCHMIDT
I’m a German tax advisor focusing on Venture Capital and Private Equity – supporting whole fund structures (fund, feeder, carry, employee, AIFM and SPV structures) with tax compliance, cross-border investments and ongoing advisory. My work centers around international mandates with connections to Germany, Luxembourg and the U.S, combining deep tax expertise with a hands-on understanding of fund operations and the dynamics of investor relations. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me on my Zwift or road bike, at the gym preparing for HYROX competitions, or enjoying a long stroll through Cologne with a creamy oat milk cappuccino in hand.
