ABOUT NINA S. CEJA

As the Operations Manager of United Fleet Maintenance, I lead a dedicated team focused on providing innovative fleet management solutions and maintenance services for heavy equipment, trucks, machinery, and emergency service vehicles. With over four years of experience in the industry, I am passionate about helping businesses reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and extend the lifespan of their fleets. Beyond fleet management, I’m deeply committed to addressing the skilled labor shortage in the heavy equipment industry through mentorship programs and training initiatives. I believe in empowering the next generation of technicians and creating sustainable, long-term solutions for businesses across industries. In addition to my role at United Fleet Maintenance, I am an ambassador for Buildit California, an initiative focused on bringing Gen Z into the construction industry. I’m passionate about attracting young talent to the trades and ensuring the future of the industry remains strong and innovative. I have also recently joined the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council, where I advocate for small businesses and work to shape policies that support the growth of our economy. I’m driven by the opportunity to contribute to the small business community and make a lasting impact on public policy. When I’m not leading the team, mentoring the next generation, or advocating for small businesses, you can find me working on personal growth initiatives, staying fit, and balancing my professional and family life. I’m always looking for new opportunities to collaborate and share insights with fellow entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
