Simultaneously manage multiple corporate learning development projects remotely for Federal clients. U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Innovation Program (2013 – 2016): Managed distributed virtual team of instructional designers and software engineers using agile development process to develop hybrid mobile performance support application, print aids, and DVDs for patients at risk of developing pressure ulcers with a direct budget of nearly $1M. Created and submitted management plans, monthly financial and status reports, and other deliverables. Led team Sprint Review meetings. Gathered and reported stakeholder requirements. Designed user interface, navigation structures, and instructional content. Authored white papers and proposals to win project. Defense Ammunition Center (DAC) Program (2006 – present): Manage distributed virtual team designing web-based training (WBT). Mentor team to enhance their professional development and increase use of innovative and immersive learning strategies. Maintain and report project budgets and status. Defined and documented DAC instructional design processes and procedures. Developed knowledge management implementation plans. Led DAC content migration from legacy learning management system (LMS) to U.S. Army LMS (ALMS). Developed migration and testing plans and documentation. Coordinated content conversion and tested all content in ALMS. From 12/2006 - 10/2007 consulted full-time for DAC through Serco, Inc. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Program (2011 – present): Mentored DLA designers and developers and delivered professional development resources and training for them. Researched and recommended learning solutions and implementation plans. Developed guidelines for processes, pricing, and compliance issues. Designed learning course catalog mobile application for iOS and Android implementation. Coordinated Serco tasking and assigned consultants, as needed. Wrote successful proposal for this contract.
