I am a driven and detail-oriented Associate Scientist, in the Late Stage Analytics group within ADQC at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca Rare Disease Unit. My LSA experience includes CTD authoring for BLA filing, analytical method transferring, and method validation support.The assays and instrumentation I am experienced in are Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) via Biacore, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), CE-SDS by LabChip, cIEF by iCE3, Maurice, and CE Infinite, IEF fraction collection by OFFgel and Maurice FLEX, HCP ELISA, and FcRn AlphaLISA. My main areas of expertise are in charged variant characterization and SPR. I also perform forced degradation studies (thermal, oxidation, deamidation) and have method development and troubleshooting experience within the listed assays and instrumentation.
