I support faculty development & mentoring, providing opportunities to support faculty engagement, professional development & increased leadership opportunities. I have a PhD in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Georgia, and multiple certifications in higher education administration and ministerial studies. My diverse educational background and professional experience enable me to foster excellence in academic programming, curriculum and program development, and student enrollment and persistence.
