Hi! I’m Nina, a finance professional with a background in Capital Markets, Equity Trading, and mission-driven investing. I bring a unique lens to the industry, shaped by my commitment to building economic equity through impact-focused capital allocation.My work in fast-paced trading environments has sharpened my market knowledge, execution skills, and ability to think strategically under pressure. Beyond the numbers, I’ve always been driven by a deeper mission of using finance as a tool for empowerment, equity, and long-term impact.As a content creator and speaker, I focus on providing career advice to young women, championing diversity in financial services, and promoting financial literacy within Black communities. I’m committed to making the finance industry more inclusive and accessible, both through my professional work and the stories I share online.I’ve been featured by platforms like Essence Girls United, and I’ve spoken to students through programs like USC Marshall’s Pre-College Intro to Finance course. I regularly create content aimed at empowering Gen Z professionals, especially young Black women, as they navigate the early stages of their careers in corporate.My goal is to bridge the gap between high-level investing and grassroots impact. I’m looking to connect with others passionate about building a more equitable future through finance, creating opportunities for underrepresented communities.
