I set up Mayler Management Coaching because I believe when leaders/managers are supported to develop the right mindset, tools and experience, they can bring the very best out of their team.My work helps leaders/managers to implement a proactive, sustained approach to people issues. We get to the heart of how a leader/manager interacts with the people they’re responsible for in their current role. Leaders/managers emerge with new approaches to relate to their team, generating even better business results.

ABOUT NINA MAYLER

I am a qualified coach practitioner and facilitator at Mayler Management Coaching. I set this up to help managers and leaders bring the very best out of their team - and develop greater clarity, competence and confidence themselves. All my work is underpinned by my love of supporting people in the workplace through the adventurous process of change and growth. Altogether, I have more than 30 years’ work experience, including a solid background in people and culture consultancy, equity, diversity and inclusion consultancy and executive/management coaching for SMEs.I support leaders, managers, team leaders and supervisors who recognise their team’s potential and want to help them thrive by committing to self-improvement. I have particular expertise in helping companies in the technology, engineering, professional services and charity/care sectors.Alongside my coaching practice, I recently and successfully completed an employment contract, based in London. The work completed, through a mix of one to one coaching and facilitated workshops, in a frontier AI research and product development client, encouraged both professional and personal growth by walking alongside people to understand their thought processes and why they (and others) behave in the way they do and how people can operate in an organisational system at their best.Leaders and managers were often amazed at how much more effective they became with immediate application of their learnings. It is well known that workplace mental health and resilience are more important than ever and I am an advocate. I am a mental health first aider and I help organisations embed a culture of wellbeing to achieve a healthier and more sustainable way of working. I am also a non-executive director for a not-for-profit company in Bristol, supporting start-ups and SMEs flourish by offering affordable work spaces for their growth. I enjoy speaking at secondary schools to encourage students to think about their employability skills.I believe people build your business and people need to be shown how to succeed. If you want to bring out the best in your people, please call me on 07•••••••41 or email me on i•••@maylermanagementcoaching.co.uk
