ABOUT NINA M.

I am a user researcher with expertise in accessibility, user-centered design and creating inclusive digital experiences. During my years as a researcher, I have become an expert in planning and leading research projects that focus on delivering excellent user experiences. I select tools and methods to collect data and insights that have maximum impact. I am skilled in collecting and analysing both qualitative and quantitative data and believe that all decisions should be data and user driven. Research methods I have applied include focus groups, interviews, A/B testing, card sorts, surveys, tree tests, field research and usability testing. I use web analytics and keyword search data, and I am also proficient in developing user stories, customer journeys and personas. I am an expert in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics 4, Airtable, Optimal Workshop, SEMrush, Tivian and Smaply. I have experience using different Content Management Systems. I have also worked in agile frameworks. Recently I have been exploring the use of artificial intelligence to improve research processes. I have worked on new projects to iterate prototypes and understand user needs, and more developed projects to make improvements. These include projects for government services, the national health service, police services and national charities. I have also worked with smaller businesses and start-ups. I have experience working with websites, mobile applications and digital services.
