ABOUT NINA KENDALL
One step closer everyday is my motto! Clocking 8 years and counting in TV/ Film / Advertising, and 7 years of that working as a Creative - editor, producer & director, for Australia’s number 1 network, Seven. I\'m a storyteller. My favourite part about my job is how I can bring ideas to life and connect audiences around the world through emotion, music and drama. It\'s all about the hook!I’ve worked my way up the ranks from a humble PA to be an award winning Creative & Promo Producer, and 2023 Women In Media Finalist, where I was the youngest in the category. I\'ve been creating and editing campaigns for some of the worlds greatest TV programs - Dancing With The Stars (Australia’s Strictly), Home and Away - Australia’s number 1 drama, The Voice Australia, Australia’s Got Talent, The Chase, and the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023. Oh and there’s loads more than that but I’d run out of room! I’ve produced winning launch campaigns from the ground up, starting with the creative idea, writing, pitching, pre production, then directing the shoots and producing the production process, managing talent and running the show, then straight into the post edit, working with music from production houses and commercial juggernauts! My work has engaged with audiences nationally and even internationally across broadcast television, streaming, digital, social and radio. I’m your one stop shop for short form creative, edits and direction, a powerhouse generalist that can also specialise at any moment! Honing in on production skills to bring you the best possible production. Outside of work you\'ll find me outside on the footy field playing Australian Rules Football (AFL) for Sydney University, or dancing while I cook up a storm in the kitchen. I was a competitive dancer for around 18 years and worked in Children\'s Entertainment for over a decade. You would be surprised how transferable these skills all are! Teamwork makes the dream work. Did I mention I’m also a great personality hire? Your vibes will be high and your hearts full with me around. Plus I’ve got a killer work ethic, am extremely determined to succeed and bring the best work possible to life. Sounds pretty great hey!
