About Nina Harding
As the Corporate Vice President of Americas Global Partner Solutions at Microsoft, my role is to enable partners to deliver more value to our customers through digital transformation. In my role, I lead the strategy, management, sales, and health of our partner ecosystem in the Americas. I collaborate with partners to align their practices with Microsoft’s priorities and help our customers get the most out of technology. My team includes Partner Management, Channel Sales, Go-To-Market, and partner-facing Technical Specialists and Architects. I have over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, working with some of the world’s leading companies (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Google). I have a proven track record of innovating go-to-market strategies and building customer and partner confidence and excellence. I have expertise in partner management, strategic marketing, branding, CRM, audience expansion and acquisition, storytelling, management, pre-sales and strategic partner and customer programs. CRN has honored me with various leadership awards during my Microsoft career including most recently, being named one of CRN’s 50 most influential leaders in 2023. As an executive who is passionate about the transformative impact of technology on people’s lives, especially those with disabilities, I use Microsoft technology to advance global accessibility and digital inclusion, which are essential for creating a more equitable and diverse society. I showcase the innovative ways partners are improving access through technology, such as developing accessible products and features, expanding skilling and hiring opportunities, and advocating for policies that promote disability rights. I believe that Microsoft is a leader in accessibility and inclusion, and I am proud to be part of its mission to empower every person and every organization to achieve more. As a woman leader in tech, I champion women in STEM. My vision is to cultivate an inclusive culture where every individual can be their authentic selves at work, inspiring women to overcome challenges and reach new heights. To realize this vision, I share leadership pieces on DEI strategies and celebrate women’s achievements at Microsoft, our partner organizations and beyond.
