ABOUT NINA GUSCHALL

Passion for Leadership, Empowerment, and Excellence For over 13 years, I’ve been proud to call WEPA my professional home—a family-owned European leader in sustainable hygiene solutions. During my time at WEPA, I’ve embraced six different roles, each offering new challenges and opportunities for growth. Currently, I serve as part of the CFO leadership team, where I focus on process excellence. Beyond my processual expertise, I am deeply invested in fostering Empowerpent and Diversity. These themes are not just professional interests—they are part of my mission to create inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.In every conversation or project, I bring my strengths in execution and influencing to the table. Whether it’s driving change or mentoring others, I aim to inspire those around me to achieve their best.One of my proudest achievements is co-founding the WOMEN CIRCLE, WEPA’s internal women’s network. This initiative allows me to share my experiences in personal growth and career development while supporting others on their journeys. Empowering women within our organization is a cause close to my heart.Outside of work, you’ll often find me pursuing activities that fuel both body and mind.
