I design and facilitate monthly creative wellbeing workshops for Soho House members across various London and UK locations, including White City House, Shoreditch House, Babington House, and Soho Farmhouse. These workshops focus on prioritising mental and physical wellbeing in a fast-paced world, offering an immersive and interactive experience. Drawing from my signature \"Meditation for Doers\" Recess Living approach, I create sessions that help participants relax, engage through creative play, and gain deeper insights into their personal wellbeing needs. Each workshop fosters a supportive environment where members can connect, reflect, and invest in their health.
