CROP is a year-long career development program that equips participants with the tools and support needed to build stable, successful careers with livable wages. My role focuses on transforming limiting beliefs into attainable visions for the future through personal leadership coaching, which fosters creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, and social-emotional skills. I also guide participants in digital literacy and financial wellness training, empowering them with practical tools for long-term success.With over a decade of personal exposure to the criminal justice system, I bring a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities. My passion for restorative justice and belief in the transformative power of self-investment drive my commitment to delivering impactful programs that inspire positive change.
