Nina has worked within a range of roles across the banking industry, including- Leading on the build of a strategic solution which allow clients to perform a full calculation under Basel 3.1 and visualise the operation of their end-to-end framework- Led the RWA reperformance work on S166 engagements for Tier 1 banks, covering both credit risk and counterparty credit risk. This included building and reviewing Alteryx calculators which recalculate and test a clients regulatory calculation logic- Supported on a Prudential Regulatory Reporting Enhancement Program, where she was involved in the analysis, build and testing of key Alteryx workflows to automate a Tier 1 Banks front-to-back regulatory reporting process and reduce the Banks use of end user computing tools (“EUCT”)- Experience building dashboards in Power BI to visualise of key performance metrics and insights. This has included a controls dashboard to view the results of data accuracy, completeness, data transfer and disclosure tests- Participated in the firms Applied Analytics Programme, gaining a breadth of skills in technology tools and knowledge of advanced analytics- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions to client problems and involvement in pitching ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
