ABOUT NIMRUT KAILA
My name is Nimrut and I am a passionate and perseverant A level student at Harris Academy Rainham Sixth Form, studying Physics, Maths, Further Maths, and Chemistry. My goal is to become an engineer, where I can apply my problem-solving and adaptation skills to real-world challenges. I am currently volunteering at British Heart Foundation, mentee at Jacobs, where I have six 1:1 sessions with a Jacobs engineer to learn about engineering and build employability skills, and have participated in the Empowered Women in STEM programme at Talent Spaces, where I worked on a group project from Dyson to create a prototype to improve air pollution on the underground trains. I am interested in extending my network and open to any advice or opportunities you may have for me. I am also happy to share my advice and perspectives with you and look forward to forming connections on here!
