About Nimrod Diskin
Founder, board member, and executive leader in the defense and advanced technology sector, focused on developing complex products and turning advanced technologies into real operational capability.I am a co-founder of Ametrine, a defense technology company that grew from an early concept into an international organization valued at over $100M.In the early years of the company, I was closely involved in opening and developing key markets in the United States, Europe, Australia, and India. This required building relationships, understanding the operational and procurement realities of each region, and positioning the company’s technologies within complex defense and security ecosystems. I later relocated to the United States to support the company’s operations and continued growth.Today, much of my work focuses on leading the development of highly complex products and ensuring that advanced technologies can move from concept to reliable production and real-world deployment. This includes bridging product development, engineering, manufacturing, and operational execution.Working between Israel and the United States has also required operating across different professional cultures, organizational structures, and decision-making environments. In many situations, my role has been to align technical, operational, and business priorities while helping teams that do not naturally work together move toward practical execution.Alongside operational leadership, I remain deeply involved in analyzing markets, competitors, and technological directions, helping shape long-term capability development and product strategy.Part of the way I approach complex problems comes from being dyslexic and having ADHD. Over time, this pushed me to develop a highly visual, systems-oriented way of thinking that helps identify patterns early, connect technology with operational reality, and navigate complex environments.
