I am a dedicated and enthusiastic double major in Psychology and Data Science, with a strong passion for Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My educational journey began with a deep-rooted interest in understanding the human mind, sparked when I was just seven years old. Over the years, this passion has evolved and expanded, leading me to explore the fascinating intersection of psychology and data science.My goal is to obtain my Bachelor of Science degrees in both Psychology and Data Science, leveraging this unique combination to delve into the world of I/O Psychology. I am particularly interested in people and data analytics, aiming to use data-driven insights to enhance workplace productivity, employee well-being, and organizational effectiveness.Looking ahead, I aspire to pursue a Master\'s or PhD in I/O Psychology, where I can contribute to the development of evidence-based strategies that foster positive organizational change and promote a healthy, engaging work environment. My ultimate dream is to merge my expertise in psychology and data science to make meaningful contributions to the field of I/O Psychology and improve the lives of individuals in the workplace.
