About Nimisha Bunga

I am a graduate of Central University of Karnataka\'s integrated program, focusing on Clinical and Counseling Psychology. The Central University of Karnataka (CUK) has been a great motivator in encouraging me to become the involved and eager student that I am today. From here, I have gained internship positions in a variety of organizations that have advanced my interpersonal skills and fueled my passions. I have been able to work closely with children, adults, and elderly individuals during my time at the internships. I was fortunate enough to assist licensed practitioners during psychological assessments, prepare assessment reports, and observe different psychiatric cases. At CUK, I have explored my research interest, especially in the field of Clinical Psychology. I also have a growing interest in neuropsychology and forensic psychology. My involvement in the university as a student council member and an active member in the psychology department, be it academic or extracurricular ventures, has given me opportunities to enhance my communication skills, management, and planning skills. I do count myself as a conscientious individual, often helps me get through the stressful times and helps with clarity towards the goal.My current skill set of leadership, interpersonal skills, and time management will only grow as I continue to gain experience opportunities.
