Responsible for analysis of SIOP & Inventory data of manufacturing plants across APAC, EMEA and NA. Working on Demantra tool and SAP, MAPICS and Oracle as ERPs. Responsible for analysis and reporting of SIOP Demand Planning Metrics for sites.Inventory Analysis:• Responsible for analyzing and consolidating the materials related metrices such as Inventory, COGS, DOH, etc. for 8 plants in VG APAC through regular cadence of reviews with the plant materials managers and finance controllers. • Find opportunities for inventory reduction and maintaining DOH through efficient material planning. • Review daily and weekly sales, materials, inventory, receipts and cogs to estimate month end inventory risk/opportunities and report to the global material team. • Analyze slow moving, no demand inventory and work with global team to find opportunities for its reduction• Analyze customer past due and OTD%. • Work with the plants on MinMax planning, Safety stock calculation, etc. • Access data from Oracle 11i, QlikView, Power BI and ENCORE for inventory as well as financial analysis and ensure timely reporting of details to the global leadership team. • Work directly with the global material team to plan and review VG APAC level inventoryOperations Analytics: • Work with the plant functional leaders for consolidating and analyzing data for Materials, Cost out, Quality, CI, Industry 4.0 and finance. • Work with the plant team for MMA and EBSA assessments and closely monitor the action items. • Responsible for consolidating the monthly Ops deck for regional as well as global reviews with the senior leadership team. • Participate in goal setting of various functions such as CI, Industry 4.0, Quality and Cost out during Profit Plan and Strat Plan process. • Manpower planning analysis
