ABOUT NIMISHA JAISWAL

I vehemently believe that breaking the comfort bubble is the key to success. I am a fresh law graduate. I find myself very hooked on corporate and IP laws. Besides this, I get a terrific buzz out of poetry. My experience as a research intern with Angina Legal and Tech Solutions (Punjab) was an absolutely enriching experience. My internship at Clifford Chance (London) helped me add skills like client advise, commercial knowledge, compliance, research, drafting and communication to my skillset. Also, my internship at Chambers of Senior Advocate Arun Kathpalia helped me get a good exposure to corporate laws (specially IBC laws) and their applicability. My research internship with LexAnalytico (Delhi) helped me hone my drafting and research skills. It also gave me the opportunity to explore civil and commercial litigation in depth. Recently, I also finished my legal internship with Triumvir Law (Bengaluru) where I got the opportunity to learn about regulatory compliance, due diligence and start-up advisory in the Indian as well as international context. Currently, I work as a legal associate at Quick Loan Relief (Noida) where I engage myself in client counseling, legal advisory, legal consultancy and legal drafting. I am always eager to connect with like-minded individuals to explore new opportunities and serve common interests.
