I believe HR is not just about policies, it’s about people.I’m an early-career Human Resources professional with a Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development from NYU, where I explored how culture, leadership, and well-being shape people’s experiences at work.My journey has taken me from managing HR operations in a family-run hospitality business in India to leading people initiatives as Vice President of the NYU SPS SHRM Chapter. Those experiences taught me that meaningful HR is about connection, building environments where people can grow, feel valued, and bring their best selves to work.In my current role, I’m learning every day about the real-world impact of HR, from supporting employees to understanding the nuances of workplace culture. I’m especially interested in the intersection of well-being, leadership, and culture.I love connecting with people who care about culture, learning, and the evolving world of work, because HR, to me, is a shared conversation about how we can make work feel more human.
