I am a M. Tech.(Computer Science & IT) professional with 25 plus years of rich experience in Software Development, Project Management, Network Security, Networking Platform Bring Up, Network Services, Embedded Systems, Driver Development and HW/SW Verification. I spearheaded the team for addressing customer’s technical issues for port security, SISF, DHCP snooping, DAI & FNF for a global customer base of over 10 Million devices. I demonstrated abilities in handling technical aspects spanning from end to end (Host – Device) design and development of USB Protocol/Stack, OTG Stack, USB2.0 HUB and different Class Drivers like HID, Printer & MSD. I am instrumental in spearheading the software team to finalize chipset (SHDSL/Switching) for products along with hardware team. I played a vital role in development of DNS-AS Feature for all Access Switches as well as handled the SHDSL & USB Protocol (USB 2.0), ITU-T 994.1 (Handshake) Protocol, SHDSL Driver Development and Interoperability Issues.I started my career as Senior Member Technical Staff with Mentor Graphics Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad and gradually rose to a level of Technical Leader with Cisco Systems. I possess hands-on experience in team of 7-10 Engineers for various projects since 2013 as well as handled customer base of 10 Million devices, thereby addressing escalation, SR, BEMS and CAP cases in DNS-AS, base-line security, DHCP, DHCP snooping & FNF area (Since 2018). I hold the distinction of being an Inventor of:* Fastest “SHDSL Autoline Training Algorithm”, which is an integral part of all 800 Series Routers and other Routers which has SHDSL Interface as WAN Link.* USB virtual device (supports till USB 2.0) utilized in different of USB host controller bring up within Cisco.I am proficient at managing the interface card bring-up for platforms and addressing customer escalations. In addition to this, I hold a good command in gaining highest level of expertise in SHDSL & USB Protocol (USB 2.0), ITU-T 994.1 (Handshake) Protocol, SHDSL Driver Development and Interoperability Issues.
