Profile 1-Supply Chain Team•Prepare a monthly Production and Sales Plan per Product Family in Euro and Rupees working with the France Team, and monitor and track as per the annual budget. Keep track of and forecast sales volume and backlog orders for sites in India and France each week.•Review and keep an eye on each family\'s assembly capacity as well as the capacity of other shop floors including plating, machining, extrusion, and molding.•Working with logistics team for shipments of orders as per customer need like DROP shipment, IPD & IPT,DAP/DDP/FOB/ EXW shipments and mapping the sale value.•Monitor KPIS like On time delivery and depth of delay review by product family, root cause and why-why analysis of delay order.•Responsible in supporting end to end supply chain planning, P2P,O2C,S2P processes.•Solve IFS SCM related issue/queries with the help of IT.•Create supply chain Reports/ Dashboards, Quick reports/BA reports in IFS. •Prepare Inventory optimization reports, Gathering all data and keep in records.Profile 2- Production & Material Planning and control (SCM)•Customer order acknowledgment and scheduling, considering customer requested dates, capacity, material availability, and lead time.•Capacity planning of assembly line and master scheduling, setting monthly targets.•Monitoring daily output, material movement, and resolving production issues.•Regular follow-up on delayed orders from customers.•Production planning and control for various manufacturing shop floors (plating, machining, extrusion, molding, connectors assembly lines). •Implementation of kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement. •Providing monthly analysis of delayed orders with action plans for improvement (why-why analysis).Profile 3- Procurement•Procure from 9 subcontracting and 5 direct purchase suppliers across various commodities.•Implement load leveling and quarterly safety stock for manufacturing parts.•Generate RFQs and analyze quotations for existing and new suppliers. •Ensure timely material delivery through regular supplier follow-up. •Resolve quality issues and address payment or invoice concerns. •Manage risk for current orders.•Monitor and review MSI and implement Kanban management.•Control inventory to meet organizational targets.•Collect KPI and KOI data from suppliers and internal departments.•Plan rough-cut capacity for suppliers and future machinery needs. •Coordinate with suppliers and cross functional teams for ECN/ECR, QPL, industrialization, and FAI.•Plan Value Stream Mapping for process improvement.
