Currently Working in BASF as Manager -Technical Service and Application Development in Polyurethane Rigid foam for Construction and Appliances application Job responsiblities as below 1. Evaluation of raw materials [ Polyols, surfactant, catalyst, additive,blowing agents] for cost reduction & quality improvements2.Understand the market need and provide /develop product based on same 3.Proper maintenance & calibration of all instruments in lab4. To visit & conduct customer trials for modified & new formulations.5. To attend customer complains & do troubleshooting at customer end for Rigid foam (Construction segment)6. Visit & monitor site for applications like spray foam,Polyurea & Industrial Flooring.7.Develop & conduct trials for adhesives for EPS, Rockwool panels & for SBR, EPDM granules.8. Perform complete foam testing in lab and explore 9. Maintain all documents as per ISO 90••••••10. Coordinate with production team for pilot and bulk batches Previous work experience in Automotive R&D deparment of Kansai Nerolac Paints LTD.Job responsiblities as below 1.Developing new formulations based on customer requirements 2.Evaluation of Raw Materials [Resins,Pigments,surfactant,additives] for cost reduction & quality improvement. 3.Developing new shades based on customer requirements. 4.Conduct experiments for investigation and identification of root causes for customer complaints
