MoEngage and taking interventions to address the resistance points for greater scale up- Continuous benchmarking with the competition and ensuring the Banks provides an unmatched value proposition to the Customers anytime in the market- Discussing with the regulators on timely basis on interventions/policy changes required basis Customer insights and study which would benefit the Customer and Bank in two pronged way- Ensure product is 100% Complied to policies- Ensuring zero to low slippages (delinquency) by acting on early warning signals, reaching out to the Customer through multi channel approach and providing multiple repayment avenues to avoid higher DPDs- Ensuring timely settlements, dispute resolutions, recon and payouts to avoid financial losses- Strategizing and providing innovative/attractive features through the product which can boost spends, provide high activations/increase velocity and improve ticket size (SPC)- Developing Dispute resolution platforms (UDIR) solution for Prepaid Cards through YSE and M2P for RuPay and NFS transactions- Devising system architecture and undertaking development in middleware/CRM/LMS/API GW to build system solution Compliant to NPCI specs
