Assigned as the State Nodal Officer for Rajasthan under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY), Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.• Engagement with States/UTs for better implementation of MoA & FW’s PMFBY & KCC-MISS schemes by establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders viz. State Governments, Insurance Companies, Banks & CSC etc.• Support internal teams to develop implementation plans and strategies for Ministry’s initiatives under PMFBY & KCC-MISS.• Coordination and support in organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences with all stakeholders to discuss program implementation, progress, and challenges.• Support the development and refinement of program guidelines, policies, and procedures in consultation with relevant stakeholders.• Support in conducting research and analysis on relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in the field of state engagement and program implementation.• Prepare comprehensive reports, including progress reports and case studies, highlighting the achievements and challenges of program implementation across assigned states/UTs.• Support in obtaining data and information from the States and other stakeholders to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for program enhancement.Conduct field visits to understand the local context and engage with State-level partners.• Perform any other tasks consistent with the level of the post and/ or assigned by the NPD - CPMU.
