   Spearheaded a Greenfield Project: Delivered a configurable application from scratch to production in just eight months using a design thinking approach. This new platform now processes balance sheet, revenue, RWA, and LRD forecasts and planning, successfully replacing outdated and inefficient EUCs (End-User Computing tools) and improving the forecasting and planning cycle time by 2 weeks- Led Product Strategy and Development: Drove the strategic vision and execution for multiple WM advisory applications, focusing on data analytics for client proposals and financial planning. Managed a team of product managers and multiple scrum pods to ensure priorities were aligned with business value- Enhanced Collaboration and Communication: Fostered strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including the treasury CFO, finance users, upstream and downstream leads, and various other stakeholders. Managed daily SCRUM ceremonies—sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog maintenance—and ensured effective communication through demos and requirement discussions- Facilitated Technical and Business Alignment: Acted as a line manager for a team of product managers, guiding them toward the right solutions that met user expectations. Led all aspects of the product lifecycle, from detailing business requirements to end-to-end solutioning and change management- Optimized Development Processes: Worked directly with software developers to manage daily estimations and story development. Proactively identified and removed roadblocks for both developers and QA teams to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery pipeline.
