During my career, I was awarded with Ford Asia Pacific Awards, Ford Best Trainer Awards, Manufacturing Today Award for Excellence in Innovation, Site Plant Manager Award, CII National Cluster Summit Awards, Kaizen Conference Award, Mahindra Rise Level-1 Award, Mahindra Innovation Awards and Promising Engineer Award from Institute of Engineers, India. Best Launch in 25 years at FIPL. • Successfully delivered all Sheet Metal changes through Die Modifications for Europe KA+ in 2016. • Achieved 10% workforce efficiency 3 year in row till 2019, Best HPU in Ford Global.
