As Engineering Manager at Damon, I\'m responsible for leading the technological and architectural decisions for all our customer-facing applications ensuring a seamless customer journey across our website, mobile platforms, and marketing & sales channels. These responsibilities range from our website and mobile platforms to the entire marketing & sales technical infrastructure. I manage the roadmap and backlog for our web and mobile products, focusing on efficient and successful execution of our plans focusing on an intuitive user experience, deployment, and valuable analytics. Part of my duties has been to integrate CRM, email marketing, and customer support & service systems, aiming for improved communication and customer engagement. I\'ve also taken lead on designing and implementing a customer data platform (CDP) and analytics system. These platforms serve our business needs and inform our decision-making processes, ensuring we move forward with accurate, data-driven insights. My role sees me at the intersection of engineering, data-driven decision making, user experience design and marketing, with goal of driving growth and navigating complex business challenges in the technology domain of sales and marketing.
