Carry out planning activities including schedule preparation, internal communication, program maintenance (Interal, Elogbook), managing special requests, meeting operational targets, and identifying risks to support decision-making- Collaborate with planning and operations teams to align project timelines, resource availability, and workflow priorities to maximize efficiency and meet key milestones- Participate in production and coordination meetings to monitor progress, address delays, and support the development and communication of recovery strategies when deviations occur- Generate and maintain performance reports and tracking tools to support departmental goals and provide clear visibility into ongoing project statuses and deliverables- Plan and support the execution of operational and process modifications as requested by the Engineering department, ensuring integration with production
