I am currently the Director at HiLITE Group of Companies, overseeing the operations of HiLITE Properties (Developers), HiLITE Urban (Retailers), and HiLITE Projects (Contractors). My role involves driving strategic growth, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the successful execution of major projects. With a strong academic background, holding a BSc in Economics from the University of London, I bring analytical and leadership skills to guide business decisions and operations. Prior to my current role, I worked as a Management Representative at HiLITE Urban, where I supported the operational management of a major retail center and contributed to the development of new malls. Additionally, I have experience in the food and beverage industry, having provided strategic support at Hug A Mug Café. During my studies at Singapore Institute of Management, I held leadership roles such as Deputy Director of Events for the Eco-SIM Club and Deputy Director of Operations for the SIM Writers Society. My dedication to the student community earned me the Impact Award for leadership and service. I am passionate about creating value in the businesses I lead, fostering strong teams, and continuously improving processes to achieve sustainable growth.
