About Nilton Lessa

From an early age, I’ve been driven by curiosity and a desire to turn ideas into meaningful impact. This motivation has led me to found a range of initiatives that explore technology, collaboration, and innovation in different ways.The first of these was Moleque de Ideias, born from a passion for bringing technology and education together in open, creative, and accessible ways. Over time, Moleque evolved to include consultancy, software development, and tech acceleration for startups. One of the core concepts we continue to nurture is transforming the workplace into a true center for continuous learning.Along the way, new ventures emerged. I founded Comida da Gente, Brazil’s first platform for collaborative shopping, aimed at reducing costs while strengthening community ties. Later came Zougue MPMS, a marketplace management system designed to simplify multi-store digital operations, with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency.Most recently, I created Uble.AI, a SaaS platform focused on empowering eCommerce operations through Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent agents. Uble is designed to increase business revenue by embedding intelligence into the core processes of payment journeys—making transactions smarter, more adaptive, and more effective.What connects all these projects is a deep belief in the power of small, creative, highly motivated teams equipped with the right technological tools. Over time, I’ve focused on identifying and implementing tech stacks that enable lean teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and truly impactful solutions.Beyond entrepreneurship, I’m also one of the founders of Projeto Villa, a think tank that champions and disseminates the essential role of liberal democratic values in building vibrant innovation ecosystems, stronger economies, and more equitable societies.At heart, I believe that true innovation lies at the intersection of genuine curiosity, systems thinking, and active collaboration. This belief also guides my personal life: I’m deeply fascinated by complex networks, adaptive systems, and AI. In my spare time, I love exploring the intersection of art and math — through origami, tessellations, and papercraft, often building kits alongside my daughter, rediscovering the joy of learning together.This is my story so far — a path shaped by discovery, collaboration, and the ongoing pursuit of solutions that create real value for people.
