ABOUT NILS MEYER

As a Senior Consultant in HR Transformation and Talent Management at EY, I have multiple years of experience advising organizations on modernizing their HR strategies, optimizing recruiting processes, and implementing HR IT solutions. Lastly I worked as Projectmanagement-Office from day one on a 12-month global HR IT transformation project, where EY successfully managed the implementation of an international platform to standardize and enhance HR processes for greater efficiency for over 100K employees. My approach blends deep HR expertise with a passion for innovation and technology. Driven by a \"there has to be an easier way\" mindset, I actively explore GenAI and CoPilot technologies to integrate smart, AI-powered solutions into HR processes and drive efficiency improvements. Previously, I was responsible for the strategic employer branding initiatives as an Audience Brand Specialist, focused on strengthening the employer brand of the EY Consulting Germany. During that time I had the chance to be one of main drivers behind the first Metaverse Recruiting Event within EY. I am looking forward to get in contact with you!
