Percol has received the NRW start-up grant and is part of the REACH – EUREGIO Start-up Center incubation program.– Technical responsibility for the architecture and ongoing development of the AI SaaS platform, with a focus on backend, web application and platform security.– Building and operating the platform in a Germany-hosted cloud environment, including CI/CD, monitoring and stability in production.– Technical point of contact in customer meetings, sales conversations and collaborations with data protection and security partners.– Technical support for a closed beta that has been used, among other things, in training formats for works councils in cooperation with an AI trainer.
