Global responsibility within the Selecta One Group for three of the most important departments- Supply Chain Management to organize and continously improve the in-time build of our motherstocks to serve all our clients worldwide in the most reliable way- Global Logistics including airfreight to reach every corner of the world as well as roadfreight within whole Europe to source from all production sides and distribute in the best possible condition and as per the customer needs- purchasing of all kind of materials within the supply chain to guarantee the best quality of the material, having always the best - financial - conditions as well as build up a reliable material supply chain to never reach a out-of-stock scenarioThe responsibility is appr. 60-70 mio. of the group expenses reagrding purchasing and transport costs.Together with my team (8 direct reports), we analyze, implement and optimize the processes of the Selecta Group worldwide and manage the local teams on site and develop the structures on a daily basis.
