   INSIS: EY implement INSIS solution (insurance platform) to enable the client to administer their Life Insurance offerings. As a part of the development methodology client decided to adopt BDD based approachResponsibilities/Achievements: Develop the test strategy, test plan for effective test automation in BDD Environment Understanding the client framework and making enhancements to enable it to test the respective application. Create step definitions using cucumber for feature testing, SIT and regression. Automate the API cases in postman to run the smoke test cases in Jenkins during each dev code deployment. Understanding the client framework and making enhancements to enable it to test Fadata application. Design features files with acceptance criteria and create step definitions using cucumber. Enhance Page Object model to create reusable functions to speed up test scripting. Building the test in devops pipeline to automate the smoke testing with builds. Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices for automation are followed.
