Led the adoption of BDD with Cucumber (Gherkin) defined readable feature files, reusable step definitions,hooks, and tags to align Product, BA, and Engineering on acceptance criteria. Designed a maintainable Selenium + Java framework using POM, utilities/helpers, and TestNG suites for smoke,sanity, and full regression; stabilized locators with robust XPath/CSS strategies.
