With dual master’s degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Human Resources, Nilofa Kabir is deeply committed to enhancing the quality of everyday life through emotional intelligence and mental well-being. Her extensive experience in the corporate world and private practice revealed a critical truth—emotional wellness remains one of the most overlooked aspects of modern human life, often ignored due to societal stigma and lack of awareness.To bridge this gap, Nilofa founded LoveThyLife.in, an online wellness platform designed to make mental health support accessible, private, and stigma-free. Through the platform, individuals can engage in one-on-one counseling sessions with professionally trained psychologists and therapists, allowing them to seek help from the comfort and safety of their own space.An accomplished Emotional Intelligence (EI) Trainer and Coach, Nilofa goes beyond therapy by focusing on prevention, awareness, and emotional education. Under the LoveThyLife initiative, she conducts impactful workshops for teachers and parents, highlighting the importance of emotional intelligence at an early stage of life and providing practical, easy-to-implement tools to inculcate EI in children—both at home and in classrooms.Driven by purpose and compassion, Nilofa is on a mission to normalize conversations around mental health and advocate for emotional well-being to be treated with the same seriousness as physical health.She is breaking barriers and nurturing mental well-being by one conversation at a time.
