Working as a Business Analyst for Salesforce and CRM Portal for telecom wholesale products. Main activities involve scheduling requirement meetings with business POCs, and understanding business problems and issues. Capture requirements in user stories. Create supporting processes, E2E flows/sequence diagrams or mock-up screens for the user story detailing. Discuss the user stories in the planning session with the dev team and make sure to add requirements into the sprints.Answer process/functional or technical queries from the dev team. Make sure the test team has understood the requirements- Working on SOGEA/FTTP, EoSOGEA/EoFTTP (Dedicated Ethernet Access) products for onboarding onto CRM and Salesforce- Working with marketing, sales, sales support, provisioning, and engineering teams to make sure their issues are answered with proper requirements and automation.
