I am an HR Professional with an interest in building the most effective workforce possible. Over these years I have been helping companies that I have worked to find their perfect hires. I have also spend most of my job responsibility part towards proper administration of the company\'s resources and employees grievances. As an HR Professional, one of my favorite things is connecting with people who have a passion for working in and out of the organization. For me its all about contributing my bit towards the organization and the people working for it, discovering people\'s dreams and matching them with their careers that will allow them to grow and do their very best work. When I am not on the job I love reading books.I am an avid reader and a fan of David Baldacci,Lars Kepler, Sidney Sheldon and Gillian Flynn are some of the authors I admire. I am creative and I love art, I also indulge in some travel and love watching reality shows.
