Preparation, monitoring & updating of Inspection guides for inspection stages with reference to field complaints & in-house issues of critical and major defects. Attending daily O, S&D (Over, Short & Defect) meeting with production and IQA, taking CAPA to reduce the process rejection cost. Updating LQC related Documents & Records for ILO & ISO requirements. Analyze & take corrective action on FFR (Field Failure Rates) Issues. Conducting field complaints analysis in coordination with service engineers, R&D and taking countermeasure actions to maintain Service Call Rate (SVC). Training for new process implementation on line for operators. Preparing of daily reports, audit findings, Finish product audit & communicating to all team. Taking Preventive & Corrective action on the quality & field issues. Decision on line stoppage & Major quality problems. Note down & update the 4M Management information’s. Maintaining activity of instrument calibration in factory. Follows for the new process implementation, New part development activity from QA. Responsible for sharing observations of Development Trial conducted
