Resourcing -• Responsible for Affordable Housing, Gold Loans;Loan Against Property; Consumer Durable Loans & Analytics Recruitment Pan India, as per the Headcount / Business budget. • To Negotiate & Close offers as per the Business budget.• Build data bank through the job portal, and look at reducing the hiring Cost• Identify other sources of recruitment i.e. External Ref, internal jobsites, employee referrals with an objective to reduce down the cost.• Maintaining the Hiring & Interview Tracker. • Timely updation of offers status to Region Heads,Business Head & Resourcing Head.• Weekly follow ups with candidates & consultants about the date of joining.• To achieve assigned mandates within a TAT of 20 days.• Offers to be closed within 2 days of defined TAT.• Grill the candidates at the time of HR round• Conduct different reference checks i.e. Cibil, FCU, etc and bring to notice to the RM if any issue.• Induction planning for new employees.• Organization announcement of employees newly joined.Support -• Act as a support function to Gold loans employees in transition to HR policies, process, system & intranet Timely update on any change in polices or process.• Proper addressing to concerned dept. for any employee issues.• Initiate and encourage employees to surf the intranet for any updates in the company. • Support in execution of annual salary review process.• Collect data on the market/competitor practices on compensation & benefits, salary increments, attrition, HR practices etc.• Educate the Employees on various HR initiatives, policies, and processes.• Initiate/be a part of Employee Engagement.Vendor ManagementMISJoining / Omboarding.Grievance HandlingPerformance Management SystemParternering with Learning and development team.
